E-Procurement Tech Summit 2022

On Thursday 20 October, the company Voxel, leader in the development of technological solutions focused on digitalization of tourism companies, celebrated a wonderful event in Barcelona, the “e-Procurement Tech Summit 2022”.
The event was about digitalisation in the hotel and restaurant sectors.
On this occasion, Cool’n Joy was invited to present its services (room service, activity booking, digital welcome booklet…) and e-concierge solutions (e-concierge mobile application, touchscreens, dynamic display…).
This was a great opportunity to present the excellent advantages of having a digital concierge (direct communication channel with the customer), in terms of user experience, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
