Discover the new version of the application!
In constant innovation, Cool’n Joy is always looking to improve in order to satisfy you.
That’s why the design of the application has been completely rethought and modified.
What’s new :
- A design that adapts to the date of the stay (before, during or after)
- An improved user experience
- A back-office interface that remains the same
- No additional work other than adding a map of your establishment
- in the "configuration" section
How to set it up?
For Cool’n Joy, the implementation of the new version is done automatically, whereas for white labels, the agreement of the head office is necessary beforehand. Once this agreement is obtained, the implementation of the new version is launched!
What’s new on the animation part :
- On the back-office, there are 4 possibilities to display the agenda: in weekly, daily or monthly planning view and in list view 📆
- A shortcut has been created for duplicating or deleting an animation 👌
- It's now possible to assign one or more animators to an activity 👩🏻🤝👨🏼
- An email of the list of registered participants is automatically sent to the animator 📩
- When an activity is modified or deleted, registrants are automatically notified ⚠️
About the other news…
It is now possible :
- In “customer relationship” to see the license plate and to send a PUSH to a single customer
- To enrich the presentation of the “comfort options” with the addition of photos, hooks…
- To filter incidents by hosting category and to export them
- To create categories under the headings offers, tourism…
- To request the deletion of user accounts from the mobile application
